Concur!! Especially using up all the lotions, potions, and girlie delights. I have sooo many half used or forgotten products.

Not taking things personally resonates with me. I need to pull Ruiz's "Four Agreements" off of the shelf, that being one of them. Oh, and another is "being impeccable with your word". Oui and Oui!

You mentioned second hand clothes and housewares…where do you find them? I have a friend in Paris tasked with emptying her mother’s condo of model size clothing and contemporary furnishings…but she is unaware of a Goodwill or consignment type spot in Paris….are you?

Ah also for consignment clothing she could try here http://jytroque.fr/depot-vente and there are more and more popping up over Paris. They are usually quite picky on what they will take though.

Hooray for beginning a meditation practice! I've used the Happier meditation app for 5 years. There are daily guided meditations for everything from waking to sleeping an all the emotions inbetween, excellent teacher talks, & courses. There are a variety of teachers. Check out Joseph Goldstein, Diana Winston, & Oren Jay Sofir. The courses are very valuable in getting started. Remember that catching

yourself thinking & feeling is where the growth happens.

Thank you! For 10 seconds I’m ok and then by the time the timer goes I’ve planned a menu, replayed a conversation with someone in my head and thought about something random like do rabbits get a second set of teeth 🤣

But I’ll keep trying.
